Dear Kirkpatrick Farms Member,
We hope that our community members and their families are doing well during these times. In June the
Board of Directors sent a letter related to the impact that Covid-19 has had on the association operations.
Presently, Virginia is in Phase III of the Virginia Re-opening Plan. There continues to be the very real
possibility that Virginia may end up going back to Phase II rather than into a full reopening. Across the
Country there have been various resurgences and the health and safety of the owners, residents and staff
is the main factors driving decisions related to opening.
