KPF CLUBHOUSE

The Spring Yard Sale is on Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm with no rain date. Here’s a quick breakdown of the key details:

Clubhouse Participation:

  • Set-up in the Clubhouse Parking Lot (setup location may change with low participation).
  • Each resident gets two parking spaces (15′ X 17′).
  • Bring your own tables, tarps, and materials.
  • Lot opens at 6:00 am, vehicles must be removed by 7:30 am.
  • Register on the KPF website to reserve a spot; registration closes on May 8. Spaces are limited.

Driveway Participation:

  • If you choose to participate from your driveway, you’ll need to post, advertise, and remove signs on your street corners.

Advertisements:

  • Two banners will be put up by the Community HOA (at the entrance to Kirkpatrick Farms and Braddock Road corner across from Pinebrook Elementary School).
  • Posts will be made on the KPF Group KPF Group Facebook page page and Nextdoor.com.

If you plan to participate at the Clubhouse please register using the form on the right.  NOTE: Space is limited and registration will close on Thursday, May 8.

** Clubhouse parking lot will close on Friday, May 9 at 10:00pm. All vehicles must be removed at this time. **
