Kirkpatrick Farms Spring Yard Sale
Saturday, April 27th
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
The SPRING YARD SALE is scheduled for April 27th from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon (Rain Date: Sunday, April 28th). Set-up will be in driveways only for those who want to participate.
If you plan to participate by setting up in your driveway, please email [email protected]. We are asking residents to notify the yard sale coordinator of their intended participation to gather an account of how many participants we will have and to make sure everyone’s street is listed. The more participation on each street, the more buyers will come through.
The Community HOA will put out two banners prior to the sale. One banner will be at the entrance to Kirkpatrick Farms and the other will be on the Braddock Road corner, across from Pinebrook Elementary School. Additionally, I will post the sale on several Facebook pages to get the word out and will list the streets that are participating. Residents will be responsible for posting signs on their more specific street corners leading to their homes as done in year’s past. (Please make sure you remove these signs at the end of the sale.)
