The Spring Yard Sale is on Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm with no rain date. Here’s a quick breakdown of the key details:
Clubhouse Participation:
- Set-up in the Clubhouse Parking Lot (setup location may change with low participation).
- Each resident gets two parking spaces (15′ X 17′).
- Bring your own tables, tarps, and materials.
- Lot opens at 6:00 am, vehicles must be removed by 7:30 am.
- Register on the KPF website to reserve a spot; registration closes on May 8. Spaces are limited.
Driveway Participation:
- If you choose to participate from your driveway, you’ll need to post, advertise, and remove signs on your street corners.
Advertisements:
- Two banners will be put up by the Community HOA (at the entrance to Kirkpatrick Farms and Braddock Road corner across from Pinebrook Elementary School).
- Posts will be made on the KPF Group KPF Group Facebook page page and Nextdoor.com.
