This year’s community yard sale will be held on Saturday, May 30th with participation in resident driveways only. We are asking residents who want to participate to sign up so everyone will have their street and items to sell listed.
The HOA will put out banners prior to the sale advertising the upcoming event. Additionally, the yard sale will be posted on several Facebook pages and on Nextdoor.com to get the word out. Streets participating will be listed. Each resident will be responsible for posting signs on their specific street corners leading to their home. Please make sure to remove these signs at the end of the sale.
**GreenDrop will be on-site in the Clubhouse parking lot following the yard sale from 12:00 – 2:00 pm on May 30th to collect any unsold or donated items. Click here to see a list of acceptable items.
