Kirkpatrick Farms is accessible to several major highways and Dulles Airport, with shopping, restaurants, and grocery nearby, as well as, horseback riding, dog parks, rivers and historic towns nearby.

NEW – Fall Festival will be held on October 1st from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Pinebrook Elementary (25480 Mindful Ct, Aldie, Virginia 20105). Come join us for our annual Fall Festival. This year we have teamed up with Pinebrook Elementary to bring you a bigger and better event. There will be rides, games, food, and fun! Haunted House entrance will be $1.
We cannot do this event without you. Please signup to help volunteer!
NEW – KIRKPATRCK FARMS COMMUNITY WIDE FALL YARD SALE. Scheduled for Saturday, October 15th 8am-noon. The Yard Sale will truly be community wide. No more packing up and lugging your stuff across the neighborhood. All Kirkpatrick Farms residents are welcome to participate by having a yard sale at your own home.
Homeowners are permitted to put their own signs, balloons or other advertisements directing shoppers to your home on the morning of the sale, however they MUST be removed immediately after. The yard sale is advertised as a rain or shine event. It is at the owners discretion whether or not they decide to participate.

Kirkpatrick West Commercial Center. Attached are the Kirkpatrick West Commercial Center renderings that were shown at the most recent KPF Board meeting. Please note that the commercial center concept plan rendering was completed in June. Some revisions have taken place since that time.
Loudoun County Board of Supervisors are opposing the current proposed route of Dominion Power lines down Route 50 and are asking members of the community to get involved. To find out more information visit www.NoTowersOn50.org.
