SUMMARY:Governors Executive Order Regarding Fitness Centers
DESCRIPTION:5. Fitness and Exercise Facilities \nFitness centers\, gymnasiums\, recreation centers\, sports facilities\, and exercise facilities may continue to operate indoor and outdoor activities\, provided such businesses comply with the Guidelines for All Business Sectors and the sector-specific guidelines for fitness and exercise facilities incorporated by reference herein. Such guidance includes\, but is not limited to\, the following requirements: \na. Patrons\, members\, and guests who are not Family members as defined in section I\, subsection D\, paragraph 2\, must remain at least ten feet apart during all activities except where necessary for the physical safety of an individual. \nb. Instructors and all participants of group exercise and fitness classes who are not Family members as defined in section I\, subsection D\, paragraph 2 must maintain at least ten feet of physical distance between each other at all times with the exception of swimming lessons\, where parents or guardians may support a participant during class\, and instructors may have contact with swimmers when necessary. \nc. Occupancy must be limited to 75 percent of the lowest occupancy load on the certificate of occupancy. \nd. The total number of attendees (including both participants and instructors) in all indoor group exercise and fitness classes cannot exceed the lesser of 75 percent of the minimum occupancy load on the certificate of occupancy or 100 persons. For all group exercise and fitness classes held outdoors\, the total number of attendees cannot exceed 250 persons. \ne. Outdoor and indoor swimming pools may be open\, provided occupancy is limited to no more than 75 percent of the lowest occupancy load on the certificate of occupancy and all swimmers maintain at least ten feet of physical distance from others who are not Family members as defined in section I\, subsection D\, paragraph 2. \nf. Employees must wear masks over their nose and mouth while working at their place of employment. Lifeguards responding to distressed swimmers are exempt from this requirement. Exceptions noted in section II do not apply. \ng. Patrons must wear masks over their nose and mouth according to section II. \nh. Employers must ensure cleaning and disinfection of shared exercise equipment after each use. \ni. Businesses must promote frequent and thorough hand washing\, including by providing employees\, customers\, visitors\, the general public\, and other persons entering into the \nplace of employment with a place to wash their hands. If soap and running water are not immediately available\, provide hand sanitizers. \nj. If any such business cannot adhere to these requirements\, it must close. \nThis is from the Governor not effective until May 15\, 2021.

DESCRIPTION:Kirkpatrick Farms is implementing Cellbadge\, a new pool pass check-in system starting with this pool season. \nClick the link below to start your registration.\nCellbadge Registration \nInformation:\nCellBadge Pool Pass Registration \nWelcome to Kirkpatrick Farms Community Association (KFCA) online pool pass registration. Here you will find instructions and information on how to obtain an online account. If you have any questions or concerns\, please email: manager@kirkpatrickfarms.com for further assistance. \nRegistration requires a two-step approval process. \nStep 1:  Once you are at the online registration system page\, look on the left side of the page under “initial Add Request” please enter the information for the primary homeowner in order to create a master homeowner account. This initial add request will be forward to manager@kirkpatrickfarms.com\, who will review your request to be added to the system. Please allow 24-48 business hours for the initial approval to be processed. Once your request is approved then you will receive an email and/or text message to your cell phone indicating that your request has been approved. Next follow step-two below. \nStep 2: After you have received an email or text that your account has been approved\, please return to the registration page kf.cellbadge.com/register and follow the instructions on the right side of the page under the “Enter or Update Household members”. Here you will enter all the family members of your household and child care provider (if applicable). The full registration will be forwarded to manager@kirkpatrickfarms.com\, who will review your request in the system. Please allow 24-48 business hours for the approval to be processed. \nOnce you have completed the above two-step process\, you will need to email your individual pictures to manager@kirkpatrickfarms.com. Each picture must be labeled with the individual’s name. Please note if the pool staff determines that the current picture is not representative of the individual when they are checking in\, the pool staff may ask the patron to have a new picture taken (by pool staff). \nAlso\, please download the app (Search Cellbadge on the App Store) on your phone for easy access to check-ins and up-to-date notification on pool opening and closure (i.e. weather or swim meets or at capacity). If you are unable to download the app\, you are still able to check in at the lifeguard desk upon arrival by verifying your name and address within the system. \nAt this time no guests will be permitted at the pool only residents. \nPlease do not move furniture on the pool deck they are in place to provide for social distancing. \nYou will need your key fob to enter the building. Once inside the building\, you will go through one of the bathrooms\, men or women. At the entrance of the bathrooms\, hand sanitizer will be available. \nOnce you enter the pool deck you will need to check in with the guard by providing your last name or address. There will be three sessions on the weekends and once school is out. \n
