SUMMARY:Yard Waste Pick Up Begins April 4th
DESCRIPTION:Yard waste pick-up is from April – December. \n**Please read the following guidelines to make sure you are setting out your yard waste correctly: \n\nYard waste pick-up will begin on Thursdays starting on April 4th.\nBrush shall be cut in 4’ lengths with limbs no larger than 3” in diameter. Branches & sticks shall be tied in bundles no larger than 2’ in diameter. (Note: Untied branches / sticks will not be pick-up.)\nYard debris/brush shall be placed at the curb in separate containers clearly labeled “Yard Waste” or in biodegradable lawn bags. (Biodegradable bags are the preferred method.)\nThe weight limit for yard debris is 50 pounds per container & 10 bags per week.\n\nPlease Note Unacceptable Items:\nUntied bundles\, dirt\, rocks\, mulch\, sod\, concrete\, stumps\, flower pots\, planters\, lumber\, treated wood\, pallets\, unbundled branches\, construction materials\, kitchen cabinets etc… \nIf you have any questions regarding services\, what can or can’t be left out for pick-up\, contact Bates Trucking’s HOA Customer Service Representative @ 703-212-9395.
