DESCRIPTION:Weekly Collection Schedule \nMondays: Trash Only\nWednesdays:  Yard Debris\nThursdays: Trash & Recycling \nBulk/Special Pickups Reminder: \nDo you have an item that won’t fit in your container?  A special pickup must be requested in advance for large or bulk items\, such as mattresses\, appliances\, and similar items. Special pickups can be scheduled directly with Gettier at 703.904.9752\, as residents are responsible for the $95 fee. \n  \n \nWhat is Considered Yard Waste?\nAccepted Items: Materials generated during general yard maintenance – Grass clippings\, leaves\, straw\, flowers\, small prunings\, and brush (branches and twigs smaller than 4 feet long and 6 inches in diameter). \nNot Accepted: Tree stumps\, lumber\, treated wood\, pallets\, sawdust\, dirt/soil\, mulch\, sod\, food waste\, bamboo\, or other invasive vegetation. \nProper Disposal & Preparation:\n\nUse paper lawn bags or your own clearly labeled reusable container marked “Yard Waste.” Plastic bags will not be collected. Please view the attached pictures for acceptable examples of bags\, containers\, and bundles.\nSticks and branches must be bundled in 4-foot (4’) lengths and weigh under 50 lbs. per bundle. Please use natural twine (like Sisal) to tie bundles.\nNo yard waste from tree removal\, land clearing\, or home renovation projects will be accepted.\n\n \n  \nBulk/Special Pickups Reminder: Do you have an item that won’t fit in your container?  A special pickup must be requested in advance for large or bulk items\, such as mattresses\, appliances\, and similar items. DESCRIPTION:The Spring Yard Sale is on Saturday\, May 10\, 2025 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm with no rain date. Here’s a quick breakdown of the key details: \nClubhouse Participation: \n\nSet-up in the Clubhouse Parking Lot (setup location may change with low participation).\nEach resident gets two parking spaces (15′ X 17′).\nBring your own tables\, tarps\, and materials.\nLot opens at 6:00 am\, vehicles must be removed by 7:30 am.\nRegister on the KPF website to reserve a spot; registration closes on May 8. Spaces are limited.\n\nDriveway Participation: \n\nIf you choose to participate from your driveway\, you’ll need to post\, advertise\, and remove signs on your street corners.\n\nAdvertisements: \n\nTwo banners will be put up by the Community HOA (at the entrance to Kirkpatrick Farms and Braddock Road corner across from Pinebrook Elementary School).\nPosts will be made on the KPF Group KPF Group Facebook page page and Nextdoor.com.\n\nIf you plan to participate at the Clubhouse please register using the form on the right.  NOTE: Space is limited and registration will close on Thursday\, May 8. \n** Clubhouse parking lot will close on Friday\, May 9 at 10:00pm.
