DESCRIPTION:This year’s Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday\, October 23rd.\nRegistration/sign-in will begin at 6:30 pm at the Clubhouse.  \nIMPORTANT DATES AT A GLANCE:  \nVoting Opens:\nOct 6\, 2025 \nVoting Ends:\nOct 22\, 2025\, 5 pm \nAnnual Meeting:\nOct 23\, 2025\, 7 pm \nVoting is open\, and homeowners may vote electronically (here) until October 22\, 2025\, at 5 pm. \nEach homeowner with an email on file will receive an electronic invitation to vote from the community voting site. For homeowners without an email on file\, a letter with voting instructions will be mailed to you. \nWe encourage all owners to vote electronically using the online voting option. Please check your email for your Voter Registration Code and voting instructions. If you did not receive your code\, or if you have any questions about the process\, please contact the office at 703-722-2299. If you are unable to vote online\, you may vote in person or by proxy.
